Legal Help Needed

Hello everyone
I am the parent of a 25 year old Asperger son and to everyones surprise he became a father to a gorgeous dayughter in Sep 2019.
At the moment of the birth her mother cut contact with my son and myself and I then found myself supporting my son through the court process.

I am asking for leave of court and the judge wants 'A statement in support of her application' s.10(9) before April 30 2020.

Can someone give me an idea as to what this is?
