Anyone in the UK listening to MoneyBox?

I just walked back into the room as they were talking about older 70 somethings claiming extra pension entitlement which can only be got by claiming. There was mention of an LCP Calculator on their website.

I only caught the end of it, but if you are late 70 something it might be worth listening on catchup.

It was regarding women who were claiming a pension from their husband's contributions. If you have a pension in your own right you are not affected.

I only heard the bit that women in their late 70's could be eligible but had to claim. And most didn't know about it.

I thought there might be a gran or two entitled!
