OH is about to claim his pension, 66 on 1 August, but can't find his divorce papers. Does anyone know if you need decree absolute to claim.

I've trying ringing the pension service but kept getting passed from pillar to post.

My OH didn't need to submit his papers to claim his state pension.

No one asked to see anything from me when claiming my pension.

I am claiming my state pension this year. I am clueless because everyone including husband tell something different.

It may be that his ex wife can claim some of his additional state pension (not the basic pension ) if he he paid into one pre 2016
