Congratulations to all the lucky winners this month. I’m still hanging on since my only ever win in 1995 . I only have a modest amount. I’m wondering if I should cash them in and buy new ones.

Washing machine ordered. Thank you 'Uncle Ernie'.
Good luck next month to those who didn't win this time.

I won £575, DH won £50. So a good month for us. Will celebrate by getting the oven professionally cleaned, a real treat.

£150 this month. I'd checked too early and concluded I'd got nowt, so the email was a lovely surprise!

Won £2,175 last year with max £. Fingers crossed for similar this year (although I may need to dip in as I won't have a job in 12 months)!

I only have £1 in premium bonds bought in 1970! Needless to say I’ve never won but from February 2024 my newly purchased bonds purchased in December will be eligible to be entered into the draw. Woohoo I may yet be able to join in as a winner.

Happy to say that I won £150 smile

Both myself and husband won £150 each. We had a new pump on boiler yesterday which was just over £200 so nice timing! 👏

Sar53 Fri 05-Jan-24 09:57:50

We both had a win this month, a nice surprise after Christmas.

Pittcity Fri 05-Jan-24 09:48:51

£75 here.

Someone in Essex ,who has just £200 in bonds, won £100,000 on a hundred pound block bought in 2008.
So small holdings from years ago do win!

Charleygirl5 Fri 05-Jan-24 09:26:17

I won £125 this month- I was delighted. Mine goes back in to buy more bonds as I do not have the full amount.

mokryna Fri 05-Jan-24 09:22:06

I think that to win money the bonds should be bought in the largest block you can afford. I cashed in the odd ones I had to do this and have a small win nearly every month for the last nine months.

Katyj Fri 05-Jan-24 09:08:09

Congratulations to everyone that won 🏆
We’re disappointed with ours no win this month and only small wins last year. I’m still trying to persuade DH that we should move the money, we’d have done a lot better in a building society.

Dotty123 Fri 05-Jan-24 09:08:02

£50 for us…

Knitandnatter Fri 05-Jan-24 08:58:41

Nothing for me either. In fact, I have held my bonds for around 20 years and never once had a win. Perhaps it is time to. cash them in and re-purchase.

Justwidowed Fri 05-Jan-24 08:52:49

£100 for me.,my GD won £1300.Smiles all round.

Jaxjacky Fri 05-Jan-24 08:48:44

£200 for me.

Patsy70 Fri 05-Jan-24 08:35:47

Wrong thread Nacky.

Pressed too soon! The curtains I bought are cotton lined and floor length and hang very well. They have been bought to replace similar, also bought from M&S which have done well for quite a few years.

BigBertha1 Fri 05-Jan-24 07:50:41

Nothing here

tanith Fri 05-Jan-24 07:19:51

Nothing for the 6th month on the trot. I really should cash them in. It’s weird because the previous 12mths I had small wins every month bar 2.

HomeAgain123 Fri 05-Jan-24 07:05:31

£100 for me …..

Shelflife Thu 04-Jan-24 23:59:51

Great news, congratulations. Enjoy your new washing machine.😊

SunshineSally Thu 04-Jan-24 23:58:54

Nothing for me but £500 for DH.

rubysong Thu 04-Jan-24 23:52:41

£200 for DH and £350 for me. Just as well as it looks as if we need a new washing machine.
