I havn’t won one of the £million prizes, but 2 people with £100 holdings have both won £100,000 each, thats fabulous for them.
You will be able to check if you've been lucky this month by going online tomorrow.
Good Luck everyone.
I’ll report back in the morning, I love checking each month.

Not a flipping sausage for about a year. I think I have about £5k. Not sure. Never won more that £25 since about 1958!

Katyj

£100 for us The interest works out at 2% over the last 12 months. We’ve decided to withdraw them as we could have had an extra £950 in interest from a high street savings account.

I’m with you Katie on this regarding loss of interest, although I only have £1000 in since 2017 as a bit of a punt and have had two £25 wins since!

For those with the full amount £50,000, the loss of compound interest at an average 4% over the last 20 years would have made me ill…your stash would’ve grown to £110,000 in that time 😱

£225 for me same as last month.

tanith Wed 05-Jun-24 08:54:08

£125 this month I’ve had a good year after almost nothing for 6 mths.

I know that PB’s can’t match the interest rates currently on offer, although that is only recently so but I will be 87 next month and tying money up is of no interest to me now.
I just love the frisson of excitement at the beginning of the month just because I may have won a big prize.
I never have but they are good to me, £125 this month and last and I have won every month for the last seven, the lowest being £50 and the best £600.
I have invested more recently so they will be in July’s draw for the first time when I confidently expect the “big one” will be mine.

£100 for me this month which will go towards a new smartphone.
I'm happy.

joannapiano Wed 05-Jun-24 08:13:43

£225 each for us.

Nil for me.

DanniRae Wed 05-Jun-24 06:52:08

June has been lucky for me! ... I won £400
(I have the full amount)

Grannynannywanny Wed 05-Jun-24 06:43:17

Slightly off topic but I came very close to the Lotto jackpot on Saturday night. I had 4 of the required 6 numbers and the other 2 were each just one number away from completing the winning line. The £7 million jackpot would have been mine 😳

The day before my Dad died 11 years ago he urged me to keep his regular Lotto numbers going as he felt sure I was going to win the jackpot with them. For a brief moment checking those numbers on Saturday I thought it was about to happen !

Somebody else has got my million AGAIN! I don’t know why that keeps happening…

crazyH Tue 04-Jun-24 21:56:21

Thanks Katiekrunch - I’m not holding any hopes - I haven’t won anything for months

Charleygirl5 Tue 04-Jun-24 21:50:07

I won £150 this month but that win will buy more bonds. I did not expect anything this month as I have been very lucky for at least the last 6 months. I think the most I have ever won is £250 but I live in hope.

Yongy Tue 04-Jun-24 12:17:06

Ernie has been mean this month, as I only received £25! I wish the amount one could save in PBs would go up to at least £100, 000, but preferably more. I have the full amount of £50,000, and given each of our three daughters the full amount too, on the understand that if they come up with the £1,000,000 they share it with their Mum.

PamelaJ1 Fri 31-May-24 18:59:10

Sorry but the big one is mine next month.
I was watching the weather report earlier today. My local small town was on the map as was my dad’s birthplace, a very small place in Lancashire, so obviously it’s my turn!

Visgir1 Fri 31-May-24 16:47:05

Had PB for years never one a penny.

Yongy Fri 31-May-24 16:29:04

I am still awaiting my £1,000,000, which I reckon I deserve having had PBs since the age of 17 when I bought £5 worth.

My PBs come up most months, as I have the full amount, and I do much better on them than our savings accounts. I usually get at least £100 most months and often quite a bit more.

We have had a few wins and they are paid directly into our bank. I heard that a million winner gets a phone call. However what about the other big prizes? I heard they send a claims form. Is that sent by registered post? We live in the EU and the post is dreadful from the UK. It can take weeks and weeks to get a simple letter.

veejay Thu 23-May-24 08:45:06

Had premium bonds since 1960.never won a thing
I bought more 2 years ago still nothing

Charleygirl5 Tue 30-Apr-24 19:15:41

I won £275, the most I have ever won. It is usually £25 or £50. Mine goes to buy more bonds automatically.

LOUISA1523 Tue 30-Apr-24 18:12:54

Me neither....but I've been in work til 4pm and I'm at swimming lessons with GD now....so not been home yet ....could still be in with a chance?!

mokryna Tue 30-Apr-24 17:29:46

Well, all I can say is that no person has tried to contact me today to help me over a £1000,000 from the May draw. So I gather I haven’t won the big prize.

joannapiano Sat 02-Mar-24 18:12:11

I got £50 this month, DH got £125. Doing quite well this year.

Primrose53 Sat 02-Mar-24 16:21:57

Husband £175, me nothing but that is very unusual.
