I have just looked at the Reviews and Complaints for this 'company'. What a frightening picture they paint.
These people are scammers. They take your money and more besides. Then they block all attempts by the customer to retrieve their money.
Be very careful. Read reviews before ordering anything from an unfamiliar company.

So much of this on-line which is why I don't do it. It's only going to get worse.

I was advised to do this and had a report back, though it took a while.

I ordered from them not realising how dodgy they were. The ordering process was one of the most annoying ever. It was very hard to avoid ordering more than I wanted, but I managed it in the end. Then they started bombarding me with text messages to get me ordering again. Duly blocked.

Don’t ever buy of a new (to you) website without reading the reviews . This company has 93% bad bad reviews all giving the same story

The trouble is you can't always trust the reviews. I was researching a product recently, and I came across an article on a consumer website that placed a particular brand at the top of the list, with quotes from satisfied customers singing the brand's praises. However, the same brand got totally trashed on trust pilot with some real horror stories, both about the company selling the product and the product itself. Moral of the story, don't just rely on a single source when researching a product and maybe double check on Trustpilot.

I have seen supposedly reputable companies getting scores of truthful but negative reviews deleted from Trustpilot.

Avoid WellNee like the plague.I ordered one box this week and they charged me for four.
I emailed them straight away and they responded by saying that it was to late to amend my order but as a gesture of goodwill they would deduct 30% off the price.But then the next day they emailed again to say that I sent my email of complaint after the twelve window ,so unfortunately they were unable to help.This wasent the case as I put my concern to them straight away., They are scammers.

Me too. I paid though my card and was paid £37.75 for the 4 boxes I didn't order. I asked them to notify all banks about Wellnee scam and they said they couldn't do that.

I ordered one box £14.50 and they charged me £50 plus added me to an automated scheme to reorder, I have emailed the company and the don’t want to know, refuse to send me a return address, avoid this Chinese company or you will be scammed, I paid with PayPal but not holding out much hope they will refund me, wish I had googled the company before I ordered.

Please heed the other negative reviews on this company. I’m not sure if they’re fraudulent, completely illegal or just inept. But my order was doubled and it says to cancel call a number which I’ve done five times and each time after waiting for a while it just hung up on me. You can’t reach them and you will get ripped off.

A scam company

A scam company, typically foreign with deceitful ways of grabbing your money and refusing to cancel or return.

A computer glitch in trial order, placed order 3 times over. I immediately tried to cancel, explained error - all within 20 minutes. They came back and days later stated, sorry, order had been shipped.

Im in the UK, early morning order. They in the USA, were still in bed - the order could not have been shipped. They had to open the order to process and would have seen my error message -

Then on receipt, I hold an email Gene Sarah, that stated I could return for refund. Tried that - they have no contact details published, just an embedded form. They ignored that form - therefore refusing refund

A twisted unscrupulous company, full of deceit and bent ways of stealing your money. No honour, refuses to cancel and then refund an error of the computer

Don't buy here, they will simply steal your money - as for the knee patch, they don't work anyway
