Credit cards in apple pay

I did my grocery shop this afternoon and it is showing as pending on the app.

It will show up in your banking app. As Tesco give a choice whether to have a receipt or not, this must happen a lot. Go into your banking app, click on the Tesco payment and it should bring up the time/date of purchase.

Thank you both, it looks like the refund back on my account hasn't worked, they have the item and ive paud but as they said til was frozen no receipt. This is the first time its happened and its out me off, its going to be difficult trying to get my money back..

It’s a problem with Tesco not with Apple Allsorts
The transaction will show on your statement straight away and you can show Tesco that as your proof Take a screenshot and show them They have to give you your money back don’t give in to them
Tesco are wrong nothing to do with your method of payment

Press the card in your wallet recent transactions will appear below just show the store. Apple Pay is not at fault. You need to get used to it. I have been using for years never had a problem.

This is not the fault of Apple Pay. It is Tesco who have caused the problem as they didn't issue a receipt. They actually can open the till and re print a receipt as I have had this happen at a self service till in Tesco. As others have said, if you go into the app, tap on the card you have on Apple Pay it will show your purchases, not individual but it will give you the date, Time and how much.

Why don’t people read the thread and updates before responding?

Allsorts has already said that the refund doesn’t show on her card app.
She has handed over the item, the refund to her hasn’t worked, and she now has no way of proving this. She is without the item or the refund. 🙁

Allsorts perhaps there would be a security recording of the till area, to show the assistant taking your item? A review of the till transactions should show that you weren’t refunded.

Please folks, if some issue like this happens at a store, have the clerk write out on a piece of paper the situation and have them date and sign it.
