I have turned my house upside down - I was decluttering and I have an awful feeling, it went out with the recycling bag 😫 but there are worse things - I shall call the banks / bsocieties - thanks loopy loo - I have an excellent little torch 🔦

Have a good look again where you usually keep it. I use a torch when hunting for things.
Then start a list of the most important things, like the bank account and work your way through that.
Go to the site and look for the forgotten password link and follow it through.
Try looking for something else !!

Allira - will do that

tanith - they are on-line accounts .

I usually print off one page with details of online accounts.

I'm not so sure about everything being paperless, call me old-fashioned. 🙂

Can you go to the relevant places you’ve opened accounts and use forgotten password function? Or ring them and explain.you must know which bank you used.

If you open the website, put in your email address there should be a question underneath which says forgotten your password?

Click on that and they should send you a link to your email address so that you can then change your password.

I just cannot find the little book that had all sorts of important things in - most importantly, bank/ savings account details , account numbers, passwords ( I bank online ) - this is turning into a nightmare, because I have opened a few accounts, totalling a fair amount…. future proofing amounts. Can someone tell me how I go about recovering my accounts and passwords etc. Is there an app that can retrieve my accounts etc - I am desperate. I do miss GSM ..she would have advised
