I have made endless calls to Inland Revenue regarding a payment I made but not processed 6 weeks ago. Each time told to ring back in a week. Currently been hanging on listening to annoying music for 25 minutes. It ridiculous, their virtual assistant only knows one sentence, sorry can reword your sentence. Then in desperation tells you to ring, then you can’t get through.
