meet up in Hertfordshire

When we had the Midlands meet up we each tried to wear (something) purple which unfortunately led to me approaching the odd lady or two asking if she was "One of us" only to be met with a slightly alarmed look and rapid shake of the head.

Apart from Watford we're all along the A1M. There's hotels eg Novotel at Knebworth but I don't know of any tearooms per se except at Walkern which is a bit out of the way.

Is there any way I can retrieve personal messages as I have forgotten some of the areas people live. I think, Watford, Hitchin, WGC, Letchworth Garden City (THE FIRST GARDEN CITY) Hatfield. I think that is all I have so far please correct if wrong.

I live in Herts too. It's a big county though.

I'm up for it as long as there are loos nearby - and I mean near by, not hiking distance . A picnic would be nice but is weather dependent. Afternoon tea in a nice hotel / cafe / restaurant perhaps?
