Hi York Grans. I don't often visit Gransnet but have more time now I'm retired. I'd be pleased to meet up in York from time to time - and possibly in N Yorks too.

Morning looks like York might have to meet more than once a month to test everyone's favourite!

Personally I love good coffee, always have espresso and am dairy free so somewhere that does dairy free choc cake would be my dream, oh and an independent not part of a chain.

I will dm some others who may be interested and then set a date & venue second half of September.

Meanwhile, I would love to know what you would like to see on the local site & forums?

Gray's Court behind the Minster is very nice. Deep settes and lovely food

I like to meet friends for coffee in the Spurriergate centre upstairs. Lovely stained glass.
