My September holiday now off, so I can make it any time.

I have no plans to be away, but might (fingers crossed) be gainfully employed in the not too distant future.

Of course I could always claim a long standing prior engagement? (I know that sounds a bit naughty, but I have known people, such as my most recent ex-manager start a new job when they already have things in the calendar)

I think sept is going to be difficult as so many of us are away at different times. Might it be better to say oct some time?

I'd love to join you but have a wedding - Lanc's - and our anniversary - Cornwall. So it all depends on the date!
