I'll be at Holiday Inn from lunchtime on Sat 12th to lunchtime Sunday 13th. Heading out for dinner with family at 5pm Sat so can do afternoon tea on Sat, or morning coffee Sun.

Bagheera was my favourite animal in The Jungle Book [the Korda version not the Disney one].

I know that panther well: DGC was very impressed when he seemed to come specifically to speak to me. He pressed his nose against the glass and stared right into my eyes. Saying "get me out of here?". Poor puss. A fluke but a nice one. I live near the Holiday Inn too.....

There's a beautiful black panther there Jane...Mind you; if we do travel back on the Sunday I could possibly get a train up on the Saturday, as it won't take up as much of the day as the zoo will and if you're meeting up anyway I won't feel guilty if I can't make it#thepossibilitiesareendless is bintheredunit around I wonder?

Oh. Howl of disappointment! Cant do 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th. Unbelievable! It just would be that week. Drat and double drat.

Yes, I have been before. I've been three times, the first time I was on a Sunday School outing! The last time we were there, my children were quite young, so it must be 20 years or more. Goodness how time flies. I like Edinburgh, my DH and I were there last year at the Military Tattoo.

With Tegan preferring to avoid the 12th, so looks like the 11th?

So that is 4 or 5 of us - could be that Thurs 1th or Friday 12th suit most?

I'd love to join you if I may. I can do the 10th or 11th, possibly the 7th but defintootly can't manage 8th or 9th.

This might be possible, the train isn't too expensive if we can fix a day. I can do any of the dates you suggest. I do enjoy a day at the zoo.
