Elizabeth1 will miss the April do, so she, Marelli and I are going to meet for lunch on Monday 21st March. Anyone else free that day?

Marelli Tue 22-Mar-16 06:01:03

Woke up about 5 as well, Marmight.....still not exactly 'starving', though (although if I'd had a nice sensible meal like your sea bass, instead of a massive plateful of burger and chips.....) blush

Marmight Tue 22-Mar-16 05:03:21

Nor me but I have just woken up and I am starving! Lovely meet-up - small is beautiful wink. Looking forward to afternoon tea ........ but before that The Big One on the 15th

Marelli Mon 21-Mar-16 20:55:22

It was all lovely! Elizabeth1, I've not had any tea either..... shock!

Elegran Mon 21-Mar-16 20:08:44

And the meal was such a bargain! That made it taste twice as good (that and the company)

Elegran, Elizabeth1, Marelli and Marmight....
I really enjoyed our meet-up...and look forward to doing it again.
All the best
Jennifer.

I am not saying a word.

Elizabeth1 Mon 21-Mar-16 19:02:23

Why can't I eat tea tonight? Any thoughts on this?

Elizabeth1 Sun 20-Mar-16 09:36:53

Sorry to hear your DH is ill Largolass hope he gets well soon and that we can meet up sometime in the near future as I believe we stay only a few miles away from each other. I've got your Groupon voucher to give away and I'm wondering if there's anyone else who feels they can come along at such short notice.

Largolass Sat 19-Mar-16 09:37:48

Won't be able to attend as my DH is ill....

grannylyn65 Sat 19-Mar-16 09:12:20

That's me home safe and sound now having had a wonderful time in the sun looking forward to Monday - see you all around 1pm at the Rosehip in Rose Street for a lovely lunch and catch up. smile

GeminiJen Sun 21-Feb-16 10:24:23

Thanks! smile

Elizabeth1 Sun 21-Feb-16 01:05:37

Just bought another Groupon for 2 at the Rosehip. Marmite and GeminiJem lunch booked for 1pm. See you then when we can square up. smile

Elegran Fri 19-Feb-16 14:34:45

That is six - definitely a quorum.

GeminiJen Fri 19-Feb-16 14:05:11

Hello all
Have just seen this thread.
May I join you?

Elizabeth1 Thu 18-Feb-16 07:52:14

Fab Marmite we'll see how it goes. Look forward to seeing you again you can show off your white bits or not wink

Marmight Wed 17-Feb-16 21:36:17

Please can you put me down as a definite; I will just have to sort myself out once I am home. If you could get another Groupon E1 that would be great flowers otherwise I will just pay my way! The beach is beckoning - life is soooo predictable in Oz [yawn]

Elizabeth1 Wed 17-Feb-16 21:12:08

Have purchased 2 groupons for 4 people for 21st March 1pm. Anyone else?

Marelli Wed 17-Feb-16 11:38:30

Thanks, Elizabeth1 - I'll get my share of the Groupon to you. smile

Elizabeth1 Wed 17-Feb-16 11:34:12

I'll buy 2 groupons for 4 people who have confirmed. Anyone else going please let me know and I'll book as and when I hear from you. Should be good fun filling our tummies with great food once again. Of course a wee chat inbetween each mouthful will go a long way.

Marmight Wed 17-Feb-16 11:14:14

I will be just home by then but not sure if I have anything on - also may be somewhat jet lagged. Can you put me down as a maybe?

Elegran Wed 17-Feb-16 10:06:49

That sounds good.

Marelli Wed 17-Feb-16 09:20:30

Elizabeth1 had suggested on the April thread about us going to the Rosehip (Rose Street) on 21 March? It's very good and has 2 meals for £11. smile

Elegran Tue 16-Feb-16 18:37:46

So where are we going to meet?
