Hi
My ex has this, was diagnosed as a teenager, is 63 now, worked in horticulture and played cricket since. Has always some pain but manageable.
But remains pain in my a**e grin

I have this in the vertebrae of my neck. It became so painful that I was unable to function, the pain overcame everything. As I have mentioned in another thread, it was cured by the hospital physio, she said my posture was a major cause of the pain and taught me how to relax my shoulders and take the pressure off my neck. She trussed me up like a chicken for about three weeks with sticky tape. When that was removed my posture had changed and I rarely get any pain at all now, and if I do, I know how to relax and stop it, drop my shoulders and pull my shoulder blades together and down.

Try to get to see a hospital Physio, or go to a private hospital, physio is not that expensive and they know what they are doing. Many of the sports physio are useless, I spent £ on them, total waste of money.
