That time is perfect for me. I didn't look around much last time as it came on to rain as we left Gerties.Or maybe it had been raining for ages but we were too engrossed our conversation to notice ??

If 1.00pm suits everyone, then we can go for that. As Purple says, it allows for travelling and shopping - Dorking has amazing shops, and it'll be Xmas shopping time!

Goldenspring that's lovely. We met at 1pm last time to give time for travelling and shopping at either end if required. Sure Alcheo will let us know when she books.

Thanks for that MiniMouse and Greenfinch. I'm really not sure with a date that far ahead as it depends on too many things, do I feel that I'll have to say no to this meet up. Perhaps I can come back nearer the time when I know what's going on here

Good idea Grannyknot.I think I will do the same and if the weather is bad I will go into Gertie's for a coffee. Won't be able to get there too early as it is my school run day.

Everyone who has responded seems to be able to make 7th December or to be able to make some re-adjustments so that they can, so let's go for that date .Nearer the time we will settle on a time and book Gertie's if that is where everyone wants to go. So far the interested parties are:

Hi everyone, Fri 2nd is the best date for me. Could manage Mon 5th or Wed 7th if I cancel a couple of things. Thursdays are completely out for me at the moment. Amazing how hard it is to come up with dates suitable for all!
