That's a shame, downtoearth, but maybe another time.....?
There seem to be plenty of food options in Grantham (according to Trip Advisor) such as the Eden Wine bar in the Market Place; the bistro at the Angel & Royal Hotel in the High Street where they do a soup-&-sandwich type of lunch; Barkers restaurant, just around the corner from there where the emphasis seems to be on traditional English food; or even (for the calorifically reckless among us
) Neptune Fish Bar & Restaurant on London Road. Plus, all the usual chain eateries.
I'd humbly suggest that the Angel & Royal may be a little staid BUT it may also be a quietish place to talk without having to shout over music etc.
Any ideas about dates? After Weds next week, I've nothing binding in my diary so could do just about do any week day. Probably best to do it before December when the office party season gets underway.
Why do restaurants and takeaways close so early now?
So it begins….. Streeting resigns
By special request, let’s discuss our favourite Classic Music and why?
