Worcester -St John's

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know what St John's in Worcester in like with regard to it being a safe/nice neighbourhood etc. I would really appreciate any information any of you have on this please as my daughter has just been offered accommodation there and we don't know anything about this neighbourhood at all.
