I consider myself a tough old bird too Marydoll Always the one running about looking after others however, what started off as a sore throat on Tuesday soon became achy limbs and a high temperature which, although not flu I feel completely wiped out. Even drowning in honey/lemon/hot toddies hasn’t had the desired effect??

So disappointed I can’t make this one..

I'm a tough old bird, it will take more than a cold to keep me away. I will wear a mask to keep my germs to myself! .
At least everyone will be able to find me: The lady in the white mask, with streaming eyes and barking like a dog !

Only kidding, I'm not that bad, looking forward to tomorrow.

So sorry to hear that, Cascats, hope you get some relief soon.?

Regretfully I can not make it after all. Slipped off a step in the dark on Monday and back is still complaining! So four hours plus on buses is maybe not a good idea. Was looking forward to meeting you all, hopefully next time.

My wee grandaughter was tongue tied also, but she is fine now.

DD’s baby has arrived, it was an emergency section so she’s sore and baby has tongue tie so feeding is a wee bit difficult. Her DH is at home but she’s feeling rather emotional and if she needs me on Friday I’ll have to ditch the meet up. I’m sure you’ll all understand.
