I have just joined and although I live nearer to Brighton - I normally come to meet a friend in Eastbourne who lives in Uckfield.
I know that it is tricky now but after lockdown - but only at weekends in the day for me at the moment.

Hello

I have just joined and would like to meet others if interested in a lunchtime meet in Eastbourne area.

To keep it simple it will be in Eastbourne somewhere central for a coffee and cake type one weekday lunchtime .
this will make it easier for those of us who use public transport. Numbers flexible hoping for maximum about ten people ,subject to interest I will arrange a place and time for meeting and take it from there.

If there is already a group who meet then I would be happy to join you. I see that this has been mentioned before in East Sussex. How did it go ?
