Aldom No real preferences around venue, although Prezzo Oxford made an ideal venue. Near the station and buses for those coming by public transport and on the Park and Ride routes for those coming in by car.

Regarding days for meeting up, Mondays and Wednesdays are difficult for me. I do not currently have a car so would like to be able to reach the venue via public transport and on foot.

Oh gosh MOnica. What a palaver. You must be very frustrated with bureaucracy. Even more so with the Gov. Website crashing. Best of luck with it all and safe journey when you eventually set off home.

No, still in France and struggling with all the paperwork we need to be allowed back in again.

The government site that has the relevant complicated form crashed this morning, just when I was completing it, so I need to start all over again.

Getting a test yesterday took three hours. Local pharmacy doesn't do on demand tests on Mondays (not a Bank holiday here), we were sent to see the nurse, she couldn't do lateral flow, only other one and couldn't guarantee a result before our home date and directed us to another pharmacy ten miles away, where we queued, had the test, waited for the result and then waited again while they completed the paperwork. Total time to do all this? Three and a half hours.

Morning MOnica. Hope you're well. It would be good to meet up with you when you're free. My previous post was really for the folk above who want to meet and as September is almost upon us, we need to get organised. Time whizzes by doesn't it. Are you back from holiday?

September is largely out for me, until the last week. We have holidays, dental and opticians appointment and a host of other minor appointments that I really do not want to reschedule.
