I know I am better off with countryside etc here - and of course the health care. Expensive, you pay for it but you do get it. I love my trips back as we have a small flat on the South Coast. I should count my blessings.

We used to live in Evian/Neuvecelle - wish we still did!!!!
After 44 years outside UK, moving back is a horrible shock.

Having lived here for almost 30 years and retired, we have found most of our friends have returned to UK or USA. Anyone out there like to meet for a chat /coffee ?
