Meet up for estranged grandparents

Anyone who is estranged from there grandchildren want to meet up. All my friends talk about is their grandchildren which is lovely but I’m so envious and mostly want to cry. Anyone relate??

Just joined this forum and came across your post.Are you still estranged from grandchildren? As I am in the same situation and can definitely relate to what your saying.

I have two grandchildren but I read the room. One of my friends is estranged from her only son (and family) and two others I know don’t have any grandchildren. I don’t talk about my grandchildren much anyway but when I’m with any of these three ladies I don’t mention them at all. We chat and laugh about plenty of other things and very much enjoy our meaningful friendship.

What area do you live in? I would like to meet up with other GN's but there never seems anyone in this area. Live in North Yorkshire but can drive anywhere within reason.
