Any Essex/London Meetup’s?

We are tentatively planning for a meet up end Jan/Feb.

We will look for somewhere more central so hopefully more will be able to come along.

The tubes appear to have packed up daily. I also think it is too cold to be hanging around bus stops and tubes. I do not intend to go far until Spring, especially as one cannot park in London.

Did you find people friendly, or just the same as those from elsewhere?
If you don't mind answering, of course.

Used to live in Hadleigh, Westcliff on sea and Leigh on sea, not forgetting Canvey island. I do miss it.

Hello ladies. I’m afraid I won’t be able to come on the 12th. My new GS was born on the 18th October and my SIL will be going back to work that week, therefore I will be having ny older GS that day.

Okey Dokey, as Tgran can only make Tuesdays and Sar53 (who initiated the Southend meet-ups many moons ago) cannot make 5/11. I have moved into the following week.

Before Debenhams closed in Oxford Street we used to have good meetings there. John Lewis is the nearest for coffees to my knowledge.
