I have come off HRT after 15 years and have been having hot flushes and sweats. My friend recomended the Ladycare magnet and I have to say I've had less sweats and flushes since I started using it and I'm also sleeping better. I'm usually fairly cynical about alternative therapy, but......!!

Brilliant, OP! Glad it worked. I think alternative therapies do, in fact, work, at least sometimes.

Off the point a bit but I had a reflexology session on my sore shoulder last week. My friend did it; I was sceptical but, yes, it worked!

I found Menopace worked for my flushes.

So pleased it has worked for you. The only thing it did for me was stick me to the ironing board!

Yes I know! I find myself sticking to supermarket checkouts. Still, so far so good and long may it last!

If the placebo effect works for you then why not?

I am 62 should I be taking a supplement for my bones as I heard they get brittle as we get older.

I tried that a few years ago, one morning it had ended up sticking to my partners back!
