Hi new to page I’ve started using patches about 2 months ago I feel a lot better my problem is they won’t stay stuck to my skin so I tried just below my knee and it seems to be fine does anyone know if it’s ok to stick patch this low?? let’s just say I’m a bigger woman like size 20 and I feel my skin around my bum and thighs are to squishy and fat for patch to stay on anyone got and advice on this please

As far as I understand, it’s better to apply patches to the lower abdomen or buttocks. Not actually sure why this is, probably due to blood supply, fat and muscle, bone distribution. If they don’t stick there are different preparations available.

I was told I could apply the patches to my upper arm, which my friend does. However, I prefer to slap them on my bottom. I put one on the left cheek on a Wednesday and then one on my right cheek on a Saturday.
