I’ve been using Tibolone for a few years now. I’ve not noticed any hair growth at all.

Re libido, it’s not a miracle cure but it does help ??

Have a look at the Australian Menopause Society article on Tiblone as menopausal hormone therapy @Padine

Personally I would think day 5 way too early to assess the results of any HRT but I am not a doctor.

I've been on this HRT for 5 days (after changing from one which was being withdrawn). I asked GP for any that may increase libido, Tibolone has a small amount of tetesterone she said. Is 5 days too soon for me to feel any change?

I also feel my upper lip is more hairy than usual - anyone found this too? Thanks in advance.
