Does anyone use or have any knowledge about the following:
ChiliPAD Cooling Mattress
Bedjet 3
Velfont Yeti Temperature Regulating Synthetic Duvet 4.4 tog?

I’m
suffering from severe night heat symptoms(not sweats, but it’s like sleeping on a hot water bottle & is severely depleting my sleep). Have been trying to research the above products (1st two very expensive - up to £500, & the 3rd one cheaper, around £120) to see if it’s worth investing in one of these as I’m getting desperate! Have tried CBD oil & other herbal alternatives with limited success, as well as being on HRT, but the night heat body temperature seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions or reviews of the above gratefully received, please!

Before you rush out to invest, how much water do you drink in a day? I have found through experience that if I don’t drink enough during the day I get very hot during the night. Worth a try!

The sweating is because you are short of oestrogen. Replace that and you will be fine. If the HRT you tried didn’t work for you ask to try another type. Do NOT accept pills. Patches, gel, or my preferred option implants are the safest.

Only thing that helped my night sweats was HRT patches,I was changing bedsheets 3 times or more some nights. My OH moved into the spare room because he couldn't sleep in a puddle of sweat.I had a chill pillow which had limited effect ,I tried every known remedy including the lady magnet andall sorts of supplements .Since I started my Evorel Conti I'm back to being me,no major issues at all .I do hav eoccasional breakthrough bleeds but I get checked at hospital yearly for ovarian cysts so I know they aren't what my gynaecologist calls "sinister" .Go back to your GP ,ask for a referral to the menopause clinic and get it fixed ...it will give you your life back
