Hi,

Can you please take a moment to look at the symptoms below and share your input? I am trying to gather information for a member on HExSOS health platform who has posted a question.

"I've noticed that I'm getting stiffer in my ankles when I get up in the morning or have been on the sofa for a while. I get up and then hobble for a little before my ankles start working properly again. This morning I got caught out by an early delivery driver and had to rush downstairs whilst hobbling. It's annoying and awkward!! I wanted to know whether this was linked to age (50) or maybe peri-menopause and whether I needed to do anything about it."

Your suggestion could make a real difference to her well-being.

I suggest this person sees their doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.
