Warts - why now?

A few years ago during peri menopause I noticed I was getting some a wart on the same place on my finger and thumb, treated with some freeze spray, came back a few times then gone. Also have them on the soles of my feet.

And now , post menopausal, I'm mortified to say - there are two on my privates (outside not inside). GP said it was a wart or skin tag and that I could go to a gum clinic. Now, I haven't been to one of those for yonks mostly because I haven't had a sex for over 7 years. At the clinic the nurse did some cryotherapy and it's sore.
They're not "genital warts ' the std, just a different type of HPV.

Is this a normal part of menopause?
I've read that the skin becomes thinner

You could probably take an antiviral, like lysine.

It’s low immunity that’s causing them to pop up.
Make sure to take a multivitamin, and boost up your vitamin D to 3,000 IUs per day at least.

Ohh well this interesting!
I though that going through the menopause was bad enough, without wart-like growth on my youknowhat! Thus far though, I have avoided these sexy delights.
My DH seems to find me repulsive, just as I am!
If I'm unlucky enough to be blessed with a smattering of these beauts, it could push the sensitive, little dear right over the edge!
