Well you know, about time. He has done what he thinks is ethical. He has hurt nobody. As far as I understand he has betrayed no national secrets other than the fact that US security and others are hoovering up data without legal mandate to do so.

It's a relief to see this, although Amnesty does often get ignored. As an organisation that's had more than its fair share of being spied on, I would have expected them to offer support from the start.
