Amnesty supports Snowden

It's a relief to see this, although Amnesty does often get ignored. As an organisation that's had more than its fair share of being spied on, I would have expected them to offer support from the start.

A clear, straightforward and concise statement of support. Cuts right through all the brouhaha. Good for Amnesty.

I fear for the life of anybody who crosses the USA security services.

Well you know, about time. He has done what he thinks is ethical. He has hurt nobody. As far as I understand he has betrayed no national secrets other than the fact that US security and others are hoovering up data without legal mandate to do so.
