What a shame it comes too late for Tim Yeo.

Michael Gove

durhamjen Wed 12-Feb-14 12:21:29

Apparently when he's not in parliament he is isually at his second home in Kent! Geography not his strong point.

janerowena Wed 12-Feb-14 12:16:36

durhamjen you are right, DBH said there was no reason why I couldn't have him fed to the lions. He is/was my cousin's MP and she said he is a smarmy git. grin She and her family are party members and they had never ever seen hide nor hair of him until he felt threatened, and then turned up on her doorstep last week in begging mode.

Joelsnan you've just conjured up a picture of an MP punctured by a lion claw or tooth taking off like a balloon around the room, with a big whoosh when you let go of the neck!

Joelsnan Wed 12-Feb-14 11:33:26

None of them would provide a decent meal, they are nearly all a load of hot air smile

margaretm74 Wed 12-Feb-14 08:47:10

Not saying the ones I mentioned are unwanted, they may be very useful mps, however their names appealed

durhamjen Wed 12-Feb-14 00:11:16

Tim Yeo is still an MP. He's only been metaphorically fed to the lions.
Apparently there has been a surge in requests for membership of his local party since he was deselected.

Richard Bacon - or too salty?
Stephen Crabb?
And a good gnaw on Peter Bone

KatyK Tue 11-Feb-14 20:28:52

And Eric comes complete with his own Pickles! What about Alex Salmon(d) for the polar bears? They like a bit of fish.

rosesarered Tue 11-Feb-14 11:17:07

I can't believe how cruel you all are grin
riverwalk that comment made me laugh [sandbag!]

Galen Tue 11-Feb-14 11:09:51

Ris de veau! Smiles of the calf! Sweetbreads! Lovely!

Mishap Tue 11-Feb-14 10:55:12

Yes Ed Balls - I believe balls are quite a delicacy in some countries - a gourmet meal for the lions.

Stansgran Tue 11-Feb-14 10:53:36

Couldn't we just throw them to the lions and let them be mauled a bit. It might concentrate their minds. Then we could do the thumbs up/down bit. Put us back in control.

janerowena Tue 11-Feb-14 10:25:23

That's true, it's probably all puff pastry and tempura, with preservatives and flavourings.

newist Tue 11-Feb-14 10:13:20

Yes But.... is it right to feed animals on meat that is full of sh**?

janerowena Tue 11-Feb-14 10:05:32

Apparently most new MPs gain a stone the first year they work, because of all the lunches and snacks they are given and the unsociable hours, so most of them should have a bit of spare flesh.

Lona Tue 11-Feb-14 09:38:00

Ed Balls is quite meaty.

whenim64 Tue 11-Feb-14 09:30:44

Michael Gove would make a tasty morsel for the cubs! grin

Soutra Tue 11-Feb-14 08:59:57

"Unwanted MPs" - is there any *other/ sort? confused

Iam64 Tue 11-Feb-14 08:56:09

Eric Pickles would make a good snack for a few lions. (Apologies to anyone offended by comments about just how over weight that man is)

Riverwalk Tue 11-Feb-14 08:25:35

What about Eric Pickles?

When he criticized the Environment Agency someone on the radio described his remarks as stupid and said he'd be of more use as a sandbag grin

whenim64 Tue 11-Feb-14 07:57:41

..............prevention is better than cure! grin

whenim64 Tue 11-Feb-14 07:54:12

I'll risk it absent! grin

I might have another contender later this morning - the BNP are on the prowl.........

absent Tue 11-Feb-14 07:46:13

Hasn't someone just been arrested for telling a policeman that he would like to kill Prince Harry? Watch what you say – we don't want GNHQ raided and shut down. grin

whenim64 Tue 11-Feb-14 06:07:13

Nigel Farage! Might stop him hanging round here for our bi-election, holding up the traffic when I'n trying to get on with my day! Revolting man!
