rosequartz, I hadn't realised that it was Tony Blair's government that banned smoking in public places. If this is so, he is only 99% bad.

Re TB walking on TV last night, wasn't it snowy and so probably slippery underfoot? I noticed his weird gait but then noticed there were piles of snow around, Where was he, anyway?

Was he in Davos - interfering having a jolly contributing to the World Economic Forum?

Although they are usually very good at clearing the pavements there. I bought DD a pair of snow boots when she worked in Switzerland and she never wore them as she said the pavements were all cleared.
