What a ridiculous sweeping statement! How could anyone have ended any cruelty to the disabled man of 4'6" who was mugged? (yes, I know hundreds of thousands of £'s have been raised for him, but through the altruism of "ordinary" people) How could anyone prevent any cruelty that happens to disabled or older people in their own homes (and elder/disabled abuse DOES happen) or in "care" surroundings?

What do you propose to do, have a crack squad of Super Heroes with super powers (and, presumably, and just for good measure, wearing their underpants over their support tights) ready to be dispatched at the merest whimper of "Oh matron, he's doing it again!" or even perhaps "the sprouts served at lunchtime were cold and too hard, as they had not been boiled for the requisite hour and a half and presented a challenge to my dentures"

I will do you the honour of saying that your intentions may be for the common good, but really, please present your points in a reasonable way!

It's a very amateurish, overcrowded web page which gives no actual information, just lots of rankings. I have no idea who they are, although the word "socialism" is mentioned en passant, as is Greece.

You are very keen on gagging people, soontobe, aren't you? Do you approve too of the early Christian preachers being gagged and persecuted?

After all, they were preaching a revolutionary and subversive doctrine - that the poor should be as valued as much as the rich, that acquiring worldly goods was not the purpose of life, that "love thy neighbour" meant treating people of other faiths and customs the same as you would your own (as the Samaritan did, who was of a despised group, but looked after an injured stranger)

Don't think they are worth bothering about, really - though if they are NS then they are, obviously, best avoided.

If this poster is putting out incorrect FACTS then deletion and banning is indeed the way.

They want all benefit claimants to register to vote if they haven't already, and then to vote for the smaller parties which will somehow oust the present major party incumbent. And that will make for a hung parliament made up of all the major parties. And nothing will get done.

I am only doing this because I have to make the bed, clean the bathroom, wash up, do the ironing, put the airing away, and wash the kitchen floor, and post DD's birthday card.
