He may try to come across as a charming old duffer, a very nice man as someone said earlier and not very intellectually astute.
But he knows perfectly well what he is doing.
Depending on your view of Great Britain, he will either be a hero or a very dangerous man indeed.

Did you know that Privy Councillors had to kneel before the queen? I didn't.
Not that I care, but why laugh at someone who does not know protocol? He has never been on the front bench before.

I don't think after 30 years in politics and the public seeing and hearing Corbyn you can say he is being judged quickly. Many made their mind up years ago whether they agreed with his views or not.

As for your last paragraph it comes back to the question how is he the 'conviction politician' , the man who will stick to his principles so many craved for and thought he would be if he has already given way to altering his long held principles , irrespective of the size of U. Turn.

Jeremy, wasn't voted in by the people, he was voted in by a majority of left leaning labourites. He also avoided PMs question time. He didn't have questions of his own, so he hid behind the people's questions. What a dud.

Honestly jing!!!!! Also the enormous housing programme and infrastructure programme????? The welfare state???? All invested into by the government of the day, over a decade or so. Investment puts a bomb under the economy and money into the consumers pocket which in turn provides income to the exchequer used to pay downgovernment debt. The deficit will look after itself. that is all JC is suggesting - nothing more sinister.
