Chortle.

rosequartz Fri 25-Sept-15 20:07:06

ha ha!

And with that, I'm off to do something more useful grin

durhamjen Fri 25-Sept-15 19:54:28

Should having a rhino named after you make you thick skinned?

rosequartz Fri 25-Sept-15 19:52:21

hmm give her a couple of years .....

'Dad, will you stop embarrassing me'

durhamjen Fri 25-Sept-15 19:51:09

Didn't Cameron use his daughter Nancy in PMQs last week?
She had a rhino named after her.
If Cameron can use his children in parliament, you cannot expect others to think of their privacy.

rosequartz Fri 25-Sept-15 19:39:29

Ashcroft claims to have given tens of millions of pounds to good causes over the years.[45] In May 2013, he pledged to donate more than half of his money to good causes, and became a signatory of The Giving Pledge

Surprise, not all bad then!

rosequartz Fri 25-Sept-15 19:37:22

Yes, I feel sorry for Nancy especially - didn't she start at secondary school this year? Imagine the embarrassment.

Incidentally, has Ashcroft got any children?
Let's hope they don't take after him

rosesarered Fri 25-Sept-15 18:23:46

Yes, the children of public figures always have to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune ( and this is certainly outrageous.)

Luckygirl Fri 25-Sept-15 18:11:18

I feel a bit sorry for Cameron's children having to listen to this stuff, whether it is true or not.

Anniebach Fri 25-Sept-15 17:32:00

Rachel Johnson said both her brothers were members of this club

Notso Fri 25-Sept-15 17:14:17

Aah....mistaken identity. So it may have been a sheep's head? grin

Revenge is only sweet if it doesn't stink.

www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/dead-pig-allegations-are-utter-nonsense-david-cameron-tells-friends-10511399.html

^The allegations are among a number included in a new biography of the Prime Minister by the former deputy Conservative party chairman Lord Ashcroft and journalist Isabel Oakeshott, who write in Call Me Dave that Mr Cameron was a member of the exclusive Piers Gaveston Society while studying at Oxford University, which is said to have involved “bizarre rituals and sexual excess”.

Publicly Mr Cameron has refused to “dignify” the allegations with a response, but he has told those close to him that he was never a member of the elite Piers Gaveston Society at Oxford University.

“His extraordinary suggestion is that the future PM inserted a private part of his anatomy into the animal’s mouth,” an excerpt published by the Daily Mail reported. However, Lord Ashcroft reportedly states that he had not seen any evidence himself and that it could be a case of mistaken identity.^

I've been out, Elegran - but I agree the photo with the naked body is obviously a fake. Even if it were genuine, the naked man isn't actually doing anything, and the pig's mouth appears to be closed...

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 15:07:28

Am I the only person still online?

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:50:14

The pig picture seems to have been cut from something else - you can see the straight line across under its jaw if you enlarge it.

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:44:57

Right - have now looked at it in Photoshop, and I am sure this photo has been doctored - the pig is sort of floating, not resting on the knees of the seated man, and it is not making any dent in his jacket, and there are disturbed pixels round the upper edge of the pig, which means that an image has been added on and the edges are not quite smooth.

Plus that naked bloke is out of proportion to the seated one, so can't be standing where we are supposed to think he is.

The two people standing drinking look right for the scene.

The seated man has not moved a muscle between the photgraphs, so the are not two different ones (unless he is a waxwok)

Any more "evidence" out there?

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:39:44

Sorry, bow tie adjustment is in both. so the naked man has been added later, not very expertly - his head is too small for him to be as near as his leg makes it appear.

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:30:30

The photos are slightly different from each other - the chap in the background is having his bow tie adjusted by a helpful friend as well as there being a naked man in it who didn't appear in the first. Bow tie man doesn't look very with it.

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:28:46

If the photograph was taken in New York, was it a club outing by the Piers Gavestons (a treat, maybe? grin )

Ana Fri 25-Sept-15 14:28:00

Oops, sorry - hadn't realised thatbags's link showed both photos...

Ana Fri 25-Sept-15 14:27:00

twitter.com/pete_holloway

So, which is the genuine photo and which is the photoshopped one? hmm

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:26:30

I will comment that the pig's head appears to be on the lap of the seated figure, but not in a postion where any "part of his anatomy" could be inserted into its mouth, and that the naked standing figure is too far away from the pig to be in contact with it.

I don't think this is a photo of the "alleged occurrence"

The one having his bow tie adjusted doesn't look all that with it.

Elegran Fri 25-Sept-15 14:22:55

And which of the honourable members in that photograph is said to be David Cameron's ? I don't recognise any of their faces (wouldn't recognise any other bits)

From Twitter.....Google Image Reverse Search shows the original of the supposed David Cameron pig photo was taken 1978 in New York.

Two photos, original and recent changed one both shown, but I dont have a clue how to post them. On @pete_holloways Twitter feed if anyone is interested.
