Passion is over-rated

Amanda Spielman has been a disaster at Ofqual. The problem wasn't lack of passion, but lack of knowledge about schools. A committee of MPs rejected her appointment, but Nicky Morgan has insisted that she becomes the next Head of Ofsted.

Gosh Theresa, Angela and Hilary! Sounds good to me.

But she would need passion for Brexit. Not good if you ask me.

Could easily see Hilary and Teresa going war you're joking to their respective cabinets.

I think that passion can lead us astray and make us over zealous at times but passion can also fire us up and make us fight for what we truly believe in.

I don't agree that it's over-rated, but do see the need to exercise control (she says not always managing to control her own).
