Corbyn has now turned in Tom Watson and the party chairman, is Mr I want a kinder politics finally showing his true self

Goodness me but these attacks on anything that can be vaguely associated with Corbyn are boring[yawn]

A statement from Corbyn is vaguely associated with Corbyn, denial of truth is far more worrying than boredom

Some of us have been accused of using nasty terminology in relation to JC.
If you think what we said was nasty, what do you think of this:
Michael Foster gave £400,000 to the Labour Party at the last election. He described the team around JC as his Sturmablielung the full name for the nazi regimes storm troopers.
There's a man who doesn't pull his punches.

Of course it is Annie and of course you are entitled to your opinion and to thrust it down everyone else's throat if you so choose [eyes glaze over] There is obviously nothing positive to be said about the LP these days.

But your attacks are beginning to be a bit wearing Anniebach. Negativity and casting aspersions on anyone who seems to have any support for Corbyn seems to indicate that although you dislike and have contempt for what is happening, you have no real solutions either. I am probably more in touch with "middle England" than you are. There are substantial numbers of very middle class people who don't like the way things are being run, who value the NHS, who think it is wrong that there are homeless people, who realise that benefit scroungers haven't stolen nearly as much as Sir Philip Green, who want a publicly run rail service and a real alternative to austerity. Get on board and support us. It really is the best chance of a Labour party surviving.

I dislike the attacks on AB. At least she has a toehold on reality unlike the backward-looking supporters of Corbyn.

You don't consider the fact the deputy leader has advised the leader of infiltration by trots into the party and the leader denying it causes your eyes to glaze over because you find it so boring?

Not forgetting Derek Hatton said on Newsnight he has applied to become a member after being expelled from the party thirty years ago

There is criticism and there is character assassination Annibach and the point about a thread is that things should be discussed. It would be nice if you could set out who should lead the Labour party and what you think its policies should be if you don't agree with Corbyn's.

The Labour Party cannot survived with Corbyn as leader as you will find out . I agree it will survive if he succeeds in getting his list of goof, decent labour MP's deselected and replaced with his trots cronies.

Even Derrk Hatton said he has applied to join because the party is going back thirty years. I say it and am criticised , that we'll know trot Hatton said the same thing and - no comment from the corbynites here

So Corbyn has accused Tom Watson of misleading the party. Same was said of Tom when he brought the pedeophile ring to the public attention and again when he brought the phone hacking scandal to the public attention

I admire and acknowledge your work and dedication Annie, but the real vitriol in your comments about Corbyn is so off-putting. Could you not just accept that he may be leader and then work to make the Labour party electable? There are many things about him that you have admitted appeal to a younger generation, so perhaps that is something you could work with. Your experience could help a new generation make social change a reality.

I am certainly not attacking Annie, Beammeup but perhaps you were not referring to my posts. I am attacking the constant negativity. Have we had one positive reason why those voting for the leader of the LP should vote for OS. The only reason I have seen is that he is not Corbyn.

I have never voted for Corbyn and may never vote for him Annie. I would certainly not vote for the spite I am seeing here and in the media. Have you forgotten, yet again, that I am not a LP member? I am one of the people you don't think Corbyn could attract - those with sympathy to what we believed Labour has stood for from time to time.

You are so sure you are right and, as one member of the LP you have the right to believe whatever you believe. However, if you turned up on my doorstep with all the vitriol I have seen on here I would probably never vote Labour again.

The argument to "shore-up" Corbyn sound very like McDonnell. That sort of thing never works and just sounds weak.

Where is the "shore-up" argument Beammeup, please? I can't spot it and the words don't seem to have been used elsewhere.

Shore up is to give support. Corbyn is weak and cannot stand alone; he even puts up spokespeople to speak in parliament. This is not the action of a leader of men. McDonnell likes to look into the camera and say "please support Jeremy because he is a nice guy and means well." I can't think that is a qualification to run a country.

.trisher I have accepted Corbyn will win the leadership contest , why can you not accept the fact he cannot make the party electable , he cannot not. I wasn't a Blair supporter , if there had been a leadership contest I would have supported Brown, I have no problem in discussing the Labour Party with young people but I will not lie and say Corbyn is a good leader . It is not I who refuses to discuss this calmly and fairly ,yes I get steamed up when you corbynites refuse to discuss facts if they do not put Corbyn is a favourable light .

I had retired from canvassing after five elections in under two years but I care deeply for the Labour Party so have agreed to put my retirement on hold , unless Corbyn does start the deselection of MP's, if he does I will have to reconsider which if sny party I choose to be a member of
