I am beginning to wonder if Trump -well his hawkish advisors- are beginning to understand that hard rhetoric cuts no ice with NK - in fact achieves the opposite.

With good reason, as North Korea is led by a megalomaniac who, like Hitler rules by terrorising his people to obtain complete submission to do what he wants when he wants. No elections for them! This makes him extremely dangerous and unpredictable. Haven't a clue how you deal with/contain this 'monster', but for certain he is super scary!

North Korea is now threatening Australia and demanding that the country cut its ties with the USA. Those of us who live in the South Pacific are concerned.
