Which MPs would you really love to lose their seats? For me - Zac Goldsmith, Jeremy Hunt for starters.

And I agree that DA has had an awful time. Used to love watching her on the prog after question time and she is certainly a different lady right now. Get well soon!

Ruth Davidson, all mouth....hasn't had even ONE surgery in her constituency and totally obsessed with the oppositions policies instead of having any of her own ...she's a walking ego.Tory leaflets say Ruth Davidsons candidate .I suppose she thinks that'll be more popular than tory on them

gillybob Thu 08-Jun-17 10:19:33

Mine. But she won't.

There is more chance of a giant monster crawling out of the Tyne and gobbling the town up for it's supper, than my town not voting Labour.

All the above I think. But don't worry many have other jobs and a superb pension. Especially Jeremy Hunt who is too awful & Gove who did for Education. But I don't like most of them even for entertainment value angry

I loathe Rees-Mogg. Another cold, cold hearted Tory lurking beneath a quirky facade, like Boris. As for the rest, it's hard to pick out particular Tories as I'd like to see them all gone, but Hunt would probably be my first choice. However, if he went, May would just pick another vulture to preside over the death of the NHS.

Farron,Thornberry,Clegg,McDonnell,Abbott etc.

Sheilasue Thu 08-Jun-17 11:36:10

Sheilasue Thu 08-Jun-17 11:37:08

Glad you send that couldn't have put it better myself.

quizqueen Thu 08-Jun-17 11:38:18

Tim Farron, Clegg, Ken Clark and and Diane Abbot

NameChange2016 Thu 08-Jun-17 11:38:36

Philip Davies MP for Shipley in Yorkshire. He filibustered debates about free hospital parking and tackling rogue landlords as well as a bill to help battered wives. He is utter scum. m.huffpost.com/uk/entry/8440540

Thought it was too much to hope for one day free from politics!

annifrance Thu 08-Jun-17 11:49:23

Ken Clarke Forever!

Riverwalk Thu 08-Jun-17 11:51:33

He's not an MP but I hope Nuttall fails in Boston.

I wonder who'll provide the big Michael Portillo moment?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Thu 08-Jun-17 12:18:07

I never could stand Anna Soubry.

Teddy123 Thu 08-Jun-17 12:34:31

CORBYN CORBYN CORBYN !!!

dizzygran Thu 08-Jun-17 12:35:57

Corbyn, Fallon, McDonnell, Duncan Smith.....

dizzygran Thu 08-Jun-17 12:38:30

I like Jacob Rees Mogg. He's intelligent with a good sense of humour and seems to look after his constituents.

FarNorth Thu 08-Jun-17 12:46:25

Ruth Davidson isn't an MP, although according to the Telegraph, she's queen of Scotland.

Not to get re-elected? David Mundell, Boris ,Johnson, and especially Theresa May

pollyperkins Thu 08-Jun-17 13:09:03

mostlyharmless I agree about Diane Abbott. No need for personal abuse.

I like Clegg & Corbyn too. Thereare some complacent tory MPs I wouldnt mind seeing go. Like Justine Greening, Gove, Leadsome. But it wont happen!

Er, NannyMargaret there's something special going on today!

Just because the likes of the BBC go into party-politics purdah doesn't mean the rest of us have to.

toscalily Thu 08-Jun-17 13:21:28

Clegg, Farron, Hunt, Corbyn, Abbot & Nuttall in no particular order as to who goes first smile I do like Ken Clarke but think it is really time he retired now. Blair popped up a week or so ago but seems to be off the radar again now (long may it last).

rosesarered Thu 08-Jun-17 13:26:57

I forgot to add Farron to my list!

FarNorth Thu 08-Jun-17 13:27:33

gringrin NannyMargaret this is the politics forum.

Elegran Thu 08-Jun-17 14:16:29

Actually it is the News and Politics forum, but today all the news is likely to be about politics.

LesleyC Thu 08-Jun-17 14:51:55

Corby, McDonnell, Thornberry, Abbott, Tom Watson. Bring back the back benchers such as Chukka Umuna and Yvette Cooper, who declined to serve or were sacked from Corbyn's shadow cabinet. Even though not agreeing with their politics they were a more competent lot. Jacob R-M adds to the gaiety of the nation!
