Uber licence in London refused

My guess is that this will make Uber take certain concerns more seriously - they have apparently been pretty cavalier in their approach to TFL and this might demonstrate who holds the power here.

TFL have evidence about sexual assaults not being reported, DBS checks not being carried out, issues about how medical certificates are obtained - were they supposed to ignore that?
