Woke up this morning to read Angela Lansbury suggest that women who make an effort to look good are partly to blame for the negative attention they receive. I understand that she clarified her comment later on but it might be too little too late. Personally I think that its never an acceptable thing to say and victims should never carry any burden of blame, but since she's in her 90s it might just be a generational thing and a view from a different time.
