Continuity of previous thread.

It is interesting to know that the Tories have chosen the environment as one of the focuses in order to try and tackle the young vote.

This morning I read that this failing government (shades of Trumpgrin is refusing to sign up to the EUs plan to tackle plastic waste.

A prime example f this government shooting itself in the foot on a number of levels.

The comments are good.

Rees Mogg lied about Corbyn and the Good Friday Agreement.
I hope Corbyn gets his lawyers onto it, and asks Rees Mogg to apologise and pay a five figure sum to his local food bank.

TM comes across as a frightened rabbit in the headlights. She has been taken prisoner by the brextreemists in her party and her scrptwriters at the Daily Mail.

She probably does not actually believe any of it. They have pushed her into making unecessary statements about these ridiculous red lines. She is living a lie which must be troubling her Christian conscience, and is now suffering from Stockholm Syndrome.

Another unconstitutional action by this undemocratic government.

They have stopped a bill committe giving consideration to introducing Magnitsky clauses, in relationship to money laundering.

If ever you wanted to know what their opinion of human rights are, look no further than this.

Others think so, too.
In fact someone thinks the UK should be expelled from the Commonwealth because of it.

This is shameful.

Why can't you click on the link?

POGS Tue 27-Feb-18 21:43:43

durhamjen.

I Can't.

Put it into Google and it comes up 'This page is not working'.

Is there an issue asking for information as to who or what they are?

Hestletine on Johnson “the most remarkable revelation of duplicity”

whitewave Tue 27-Feb-18 19:25:34

Hadn’t thought of that varian

Actually someone was just wondering, what happened to the meetings with the press with the PM where questions could be asked. The only chance of asking May anything now is when she goes abroad and is expected to give a press thing.

I wonder if the tweeters employed by the Tories will be hired in Russia or the Ukraine?

That's where they have the expertise in this sort of cybervillany and they don't need to be paid the minimum wage.

There is breaking news on Sky about a leak concerning our infamous Johnson again.

A letter sent by him to May suggested in effect that it is no business of the U.K. government to worry about the Irish border. And should not affect the Brexit negotiations.

He has to go.

durhamjen Tue 27-Feb-18 19:12:34

Looks like a problem with planning.

www.24housing.co.uk/news/new-money-to-build-homes-stalled-by-planning/

I don't like this, either. Housing associations should not be making profit. Any excess money should be ploughed back into building more houses.

There is so much out there it is difficult to keep up with all the bad news coming from this government.

Next

Sahid Javid has sent back over £817million unspent on housing budget, and £78 million on affordable houses.
Does this mean the Tories can’t be bothered about the housing crises?

The only good thing about reducing the number of MPs is that Boris will lose his constituency.

Micheal Hestltine on the other brother

“I despair really”

durhamjen Tue 27-Feb-18 18:38:13

I think we knew that anyway, but it's good to have proof.
It shows the Johnson family do not know the meaning of fair and honest.
No wonder sibling four does not want to be on wiki.

whitewave Tue 27-Feb-18 18:32:11

More corruption from this government.

Remember the Toby Young debacle?

At the time Jo Johnson told parliament that the procedure in employing Young, was fair, open and honest. Today’s investigation proves that he was not telling the truth . Jo Johnson mislead parliament. It was a case of pure cronyism.
