Jeremy Corbyn also met and talked to leaders and others in the Soviet Block in the 1980s and early 90s. Perhaps if more politicians from the West had carried out the same rather than wallowing in the mess that became Russia as it collapsed politically and economically we would not have the problem we have with Russia now.

Likewise with Hamas, the only way that the problems of the Middle East will be solved will be by persons talking to each other no matter who they are. That's how peace will be brought forward and lives will be saved.

The above was in the end how peace was gained in Northern Ireland and in that Jeremy Corbyn demonstrated himself to be a very forward thinking politician.

It certaintly isn't what I hoped it would be.

I think the LP has changed significantly too. Now it seems to support Corbyn's Labour you need to be happy to alienate some women, Jews and immigrants. The numbers in 'the few' seem to grow every day.

It troubled many Annie. That was a callous act. Corbyn was either completely gormless and unthinking, or intended to try and hurt the Conservatives even more - even though the nation was shocked and MPs had been maimed and killed by an act of terrorism.

He says 'he cares' about people yet this was an act of gross insensitivity.
