Even if it is anti-semitic (and I think it is a debatable point) it is a work of art and as such shuld be permitted to show what it thinks is wrong in society. The alternative is that we completely ban such views, which results in more conspiarcy theories and underground movements. But none of you have posted why YOU think it is anti-Semitic, simply reitterated the views of others. Is this because you are unable to assess works of art or you think your view is unacceptable in some way? I certainly would allow anyone to say it is anti-semitic if they wish. what I don't accept is that that necessarily means it should be banned. People have posted much about Communist regimes but seem to feel the same policies are acceptable if they favour the action. I don't.

It is clearly anti-semitic. So trisher and GGM2 and anyone else who tries to make out the men in the mural are not meant to be Jewish or may not be Jewish etc......take a good hard look at yourselves as well as at that mural!

I was trying to look at the painting objectively Primrose. You, it appears, can only make personal derogatory remarks.

I assume the "Jewish" label is because they are men with big noses and beards, but they are also older men and one of the bits of our body that keeps growing is our nose. The beards are grey, so arguably you could say that the mural is ageist, as it depicts older men running the world.
Perhaps anti-semitism is in the eye of the beholder in this case.

Is it a group of "Jewish" bankers Primrose? I thought it was a group of leading bankers. They appear to be real people so I am not sure how you could paint them not to look like themselves. Do they look like a group of "Jewish" bankers to you?

I am always bothered by any censorship of art. It usually indicates some underlying problem that exists and that the artist is drawing attention to. The objection of course varies according to the society the work is criticising. If this work of art was anti-semitic I still see no reason to ban it. There has been much said about Communist authoritarian regimes, well one of the things they do is ban art they find unacceptable.
