A continuation of Momentum/Intertia/Magnetism.

Elastic? Plastic? Or at breaking point?

A thread for Corbyn lovers & haters

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 20:49:04

It's the new gentler politics we were promised

lemongrove Fri 06-Apr-18 20:47:28

Primrose grin that’s so funny.

lemongrove Fri 06-Apr-18 20:45:12

Corbyn supporters really can’t take criticism of him at all!

lemongrove Fri 06-Apr-18 20:40:39

Sorry Grandad but am not answering anything about or to do with Rees Mogg who you seem to have a bee in your bonnet about.
You can ‘suggest’ what posters do if you like, but don’t be surprised if posters decide not to do as you suggest.
Terrible and disgusting allegations? This is a thread on a forum, and anyone in public life will get comments about them, this is not personal only making personal remarks about other posters is a no-no on GN.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 20:34:52

I think you mean 'now I can move on' granddad1845 unless your use of 'we' is the royal 'we' .

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 20:32:42

Grandad1845 others have tried your methods , they all failed

Grandad1943 Fri 06-Apr-18 20:25:11

OK, anniebatch, what you stated against the Jewish group and Jeremy Corbyn where terrible and disgusting allegations which you seem not to be able to authenticate.

When you state something is a fact that inevitably links yourself permanently to that statement.

However, can I suggest that in the future wording such as "it is widely believed" or "there is a distinct possibility" or again my favourite in reports " possibilities have been put forward that".

Great ones for putting no more than a suggestion in people's minds without actually connecting yourself directly to any statement.

Now we can move on

trisher Fri 06-Apr-18 20:20:27

Grandad1943 Many of us have tried to engage in discussion with Annie, it simply isn't worth it. She posts the same accusations again and again and her acolytes support her like a Greek chorus. Which is why I now post "Yawn" to her ridiculous and biased opinions.

Primrose65 Fri 06-Apr-18 20:07:15

Have you paid for the full half hour Grandad?

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 20:04:50

I have answered grandad1845

Grandad1943 Fri 06-Apr-18 20:03:21

I am not bullying Annibatch, just politely requesting further information on a post you have made in this thread.

If you cannot give authentication to those allegations against Jeremy Corbyn then just state that and we can move on.

anniebach, if you look back at your replys to my resonable and polite questions to your allegations, you will witness that you have not answered those questions in any way.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:53:03

I apologise to the poster Anniebatch, I have not read your posts

Baggs Fri 06-Apr-18 19:52:16

jalima 17:40 post: I was thinking of Momentum—Moggmentum is all ?

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:51:25

You are now bullying granddad1845 ,I have replied several times,

Primrose65 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:50:20

I agree Annie. He must have been sitting comfortably. That's why he said he had a great time there.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:50:10

Strange that a poster who constantly complains about no discussions now avoids an invite to discuss something fresh

Grandad1943 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:49:16

I have not read the leaked minutes of the Guardian as I am waiting for other "alleged" Facts to be authenticated by yourself anniebatch.

One matter at a time.

Grandad1943 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:45:34

A deviation, strange as we are discussing what you claim to have knowledge of as FACTS here anniebatch.

So please proceed to authenticate those FACTS to this forum then we can move on.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:43:32

I have replied to the question.

What are your views on the leaked minutes in the guardian ?

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:40:35

Sorry my post of deviation was not a reply to the leaked minutes in the guardian

Grandad1943 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:39:23

anniebatch, here is your original posting on the prayer, it refers to the Queen, Prince Phillip, an arson attack on Parliament and communism. Quote starts here:-

Quote [Asnniebach Wed 04-Apr-18 15:12:59

A prayer by Jewdas Seder end with

F**k the queen and especially f**k Prince phillip, burn down parliament . Full communism . Amen

Corbyn must has felt so comfy with this group ]End Quote

anniebach, you stated in that posting he must have sat so comfy with that group. You did not state in the original that it was only the reference to communism you felt he had knowledge of. If that was the case why then did you post the rest of this so called prayer which in we still await a reliable published copy of.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:38:43

Just another deviation,

Primrose65 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:38:10

www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/apr/06/leaked-minutes-show-labour-at-odds-over-antisemitism-claims

Multiple sources have alleged that suspended members who were perceived as being sympathetic to Corbyn were defended, even when the evidence against them was overwhelming.

“People were generally outraged at the scale of the defence of just anything. It’s all about control: control of the party and control of the processes,” one source close to the NEC said.

“The new establishment may say one thing in public but in private they are using their political muscle to defend their friends and allies,”

Seems to me that provided you're loyal to Corbyn, it's fine to be as revolting as you like. And it looks like this is not going away either.

Primrose65 Fri 06-Apr-18 19:33:04

Grandad, if you have a problem with it, why not produce some counter evidence. Just demanding proof of facts, where did you get your evidence etc is a bit less of a discussion and a bit more of an interrogation. It makes it really tough for anyone else to join in too.

Just saying.

Facts, opinions, truth - it's all debatable.

Anniebach Fri 06-Apr-18 19:21:05

I did not say he was familiar with the prayer, I said he must have been comfy with a group who wanted communism full.
