Kate in early stages of labour

Grandma70s Mon 23-Apr-18 13:07:26

It’s a boy. I’m a bit disappointed.

gillybob Mon 23-Apr-18 13:08:07

Kate's stylist has been spotted leaving the hospital , so has the little one arrived?

I must remember to remind DD to book her stylist for leaving the hospital......

oh I forget...she already has.....me.

dogsmother Mon 23-Apr-18 13:09:54

I was right, a boy....now what is he called!

grannyactivist Mon 23-Apr-18 13:10:15

gilly my daughter has been putting on full make-up every day for about two weeks - she wants to meet her baby looking her best she says. (It's really for the photographs of course.) grin

nigglynellie Mon 23-Apr-18 13:11:20

It's a boy! You heard it here first!!!!!!!!!

MawBroon Mon 23-Apr-18 13:12:21

Right gillybob and grannyactivist its your turn now -all together now “Puuuuuuuush”!!

Happysexagenarian Mon 23-Apr-18 13:14:01

Lovely news. Congratulations to them all!

Names? Charles perhaps? Michael? Arthur?

gillybob Mon 23-Apr-18 13:14:35

My DD has a much needed and long awaited hair appointment on Thursday grannyactivist (she will take the bus into town, sadly no stylist to come to her). She has the most crazy long curly hair that she wants to get into some order before the big push for the finish line.

Katek Mon 23-Apr-18 13:15:51

It’s s boy!

dogsmother Mon 23-Apr-18 13:15:54

How about Albert

Anniebach Mon 23-Apr-18 13:23:34

Surely Michael will be in the three names ?

Grandma70s Mon 23-Apr-18 13:23:48

What about James?’

Panache Mon 23-Apr-18 13:32:30

Hearty Congrats Kate & William, and baby makes a lovely little family of three children.
I am sure they will be not only relieved but extremely proud.
Names..........There must be a hint of Charles and Michael...........amid other names......time will tell, but we are rather an impatient lot!!!

Edwards son is James

glammanana Mon 23-Apr-18 13:40:03

Annie I'm all for Albert and will possibly be known as "Bertie" what do you think ?
Both my two "dil & dgd in law" are both showing signs of starting labour soon I could be running between the two delivery suites.smile

Grandma70s Mon 23-Apr-18 13:40:56

Oh, is that why no-one’s suggesting James? I wondered why.

William, after Daddy and Shakespeare whose birthday is also today.

dogsmother Mon 23-Apr-18 13:48:59

Apologies didn’t realize Annie had already suggested Albert.

nanaK54 Mon 23-Apr-18 13:52:36

Lovely news!

Sheilasue Mon 23-Apr-18 14:01:35

It’s a boy 8llb 7oz. Wonder what name it will have. Can’t imagine that it will be called Wayne, Tyrone or Reece for that matter.
Could be named Michael,

Katek Mon 23-Apr-18 14:01:41

Richard? One of the Gloucesters is Richard I think but is that far enough removed so name can be used? Wonder if Phillip will be in there somewhere.

Luckygirl Mon 23-Apr-18 14:11:05

I hope she doesn't have to go through another pregnancy - an heir and two spares is quite enough. Hyperemesis is no walk in the park.

Anniebach Mon 23-Apr-18 14:21:17

right lets sort this ?

We all think it will be a name from previous generations of Windsors

Charles is. Charles Phillip Arthur George

William is. William Phillip Arthur Louis

Harry is. Henry Charles Albert David

Queenie s father was Albert

Her grandfather was George

I think the baby should be named David ?

Anniebach Mon 23-Apr-18 14:22:50

Or why not Owain !

valeriej43 Mon 23-Apr-18 14:55:29

I like Victoria for a girl, but by now baby is born and a boy,i dont like Arthur for a boys name,i like James,

pamdixon Mon 23-Apr-18 14:59:29

I'm going for James.
