The problem is for the Tories and their supporters would be that Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour party, whatever their perceived problems do not form the British government.
Theresa May following her outright failure to gain an overall majority in the 2017 General election, then bought power from the UDP in one of the most "seedy" deals in the history of British politics which has an ongoing cost to mainland taxpayers of well over a billion pounds. However, even in that the Tories have not been able to bring about a stable Government in the UK by creating any unity in their parliamentary party that has been able to bring forward a concerted negotiating position in the Brexit talks.
In the above, the position has deteriorated even further in recent weeks as once again we have witnessed the cabinet deeply divided with Theresa Mays own Foreign Secretary describing one part solution put forward as "stupid".
Is it any wonder then that the extreme right of the conservative party has decided to make a bid for power at this time. Jacob Rees-Mogg and his supporters have without doubt looked on as Momentum, the Trade Unions and Jeremy Corbyn have reshaped the policies and direction of the Labour party and the wider Labour movement in the country to create a party of over half a million strong.
The ageing and dwindling Tory membership and supporters can do little at this time, but try to turn attention onto the Labour party as they witness their organization's unity and structure slip away before their eyes.
However, as stated it is not the Labour party that is in government in Britain, it is the Conservatives with their purchased power, and they are falling apart as all in the Uk can see.
