Perhaps if Insurance companies have to pay out they will go after the perpetrators.

Compensation ? Nobody would get a brass farthing from criminals like that.
A 12 bore would be my passing comment to them.

Just read that a middle aged couple have been taken in for questioning about the disruption at Gatwick, having taunted the Police with 'come and find us' and flashing lights from the drones at the Police as they had yet another go at disruption.
It might be a good idea if everyone who has had their holiday affected or ruined were to take out a private prosecution to claim compensation from them.
